Personal Experience

Jugmanpreet Kaur Sanghera joined the Care Staffing Professionals Leadership Team in December 2020 and brought with her over 6 years of education and experience from the medical field. Her experience includes hands on training in hospital settings and office settings. Jugmanpreet, known as “Preet” by her colleagues, has exceptional experience from working in the operating room, medical offices as a lead or senior, and working herself up the ladder to Management Positions; along with a successful track record of implementing changes to maintain sustainable policies and procedures. Preet holds credentials related to ensuring proper compliance with HIPPA and OSHA regulations.

Preet earned a Bachelors in Health Care Management along with an Associate of Science Degree in Clinical and Administrative. Currently, Preet is attending school as a double major competing to obtain her graduate degrees; Masters in Health Care Management and Masters in Psychology. Preet endeavors to one day make her dreams come true and become a Physician Assistant and open her own Mental Wellness and Beauty Center where she can incorporate her education and experience she is gaining within her own organization.
