The position of Claims Representative with our client will assist the client’s Claims Department with various administrative and clerical duties.
The Claims Representative’s duties include, but are not limited to, responding to Customer and Sales Representative claim calls. Frequent phone interaction is required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service and client relations skills and must be able to follow up and resolve claim disputes. Other responsibilities include:
- Mail distribution
- Process Claim Credits
- Process Claim Reports
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Eligible for employment in the United States
- Experience as customer service representative or client relations manager
Schedule of Assignment:
- Immediate Hire
- Temporary Position 60 to 90 days
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
